School Tours:

School Tours are on the following Wednesdays:

  • 2/24: in Gym @ 9:30am
  • 3/10: in Gym @ 9:30am
  • 3/17: in Gym @ 9:30am

Please call our office at (206) 252-3300 to request one of these day-time tours.

The tour starts at 9:30am in our gym with an overview by our principal followed by visits to classrooms.  We ask that visitors not bring children on these visits out of respect for the teaching and learning that is happening in our classrooms. We look forward to meeting you and thank you for your interest in Montlake School.

2/8: “A Midsummer’s Night Dream” 4th Grade Performance @ 9:30am (learn more)

2/9: “Romeo and Juliet” 4th Grade Performance @ 11am (learn more)

2/9:  Both 4th Grade Shakespeare Performances in Gym @ 7pm (learn more)

2/15 - 2/21:  No School - Mid-Winter Break

2/26: 5th Grade field trip to the Seattle Art Museum @ 10am

  • During P.E., students in Mr. Schultz's class were discussing information about the Big Climb.  In response to hearing that you climb 69 stories, a student raised their hand and asked, "Will we get suction cups?"thinking that we were climbing the outside! - 4th grader (Jan. 2010)
  • There's been some talk about having crushes amongst kindergartners in P2.  "You know, mommy... we invented 'crushes' in P2!" - Kindergartner (Jan. 2010)

Annual Fund
